I'm posting this in response to all of these emails regarding using senna tea daily as a part of a liquid diet regimen! No, please read the sidebar descriptions on the videos and the warning labels on the boxes. This is a laxative, not to be used frequently. I wanted to account for the extra missing pounds on the scale and slimmer physique, so in the interest of disclosure for this project, I am revealing all things I am using. Senna Tea is something I have used twice and reported on each time. I personally used it on the two days because I felt I needed its all-natural relief for the SYMPTOM of feeling backed-up... NOT FOR WEIGHT LOSS, PEOPLE! This is not something to incorporate in your diet; this is to treat a symptom. I specifically uploaded a warning video on Day 13 to explain that the tea was very strong and in fact, still working.

Day 47 of Liquid Diet Weight Loss Plan. Lost a little water from yesterday. Anyway, today I'm discussing some sugar-free candy you can try to help with your menstrual cravings for sweets. Try these. Get a ziploc bag and throw in a few and tuck it in your purse... just be prepared so it's not you in a stand-off with a Vending Machine Snickers Bar.

Day 48 of Liquid Diet Weight Loss

Just as Oprah is raising our consciousness about the need to make your car a No-Phone Zone, I would like to raise your consciousness of the need to make your home a No-Shoe Zone. Tomorrow, look down while you are walking, and note all the muck you walk through... so you're going to track all that back in your house and wallow around in it... NOOOOO! So the moment you walk through your door, please remove your gross, disgusting, vile, revolting, germ-laden, parasite-ridden, filthy friggin shoes! Thank you!
