Operation TNT!

I do Cardio and Resistance Training daily. For my complete plan, visit my Exercise Page. Back in 2009, I had a dump truck. Now, it has flat tires. That thang is not thangin’ as it should. As part of my resistance training, I am working on getting my stallion, donkey, centaur, country, South Georgia booty back. I want it visible from Mars. Let’s see how that goes. UPDATE: I want everything to be accessible for all. While a Total Gym may be outside of some budgets, everyone can afford $35 for fitness equipment. For that reason, I have been experimenting with resistance bands and an ab roller. Video coming soon.
