My Manifestation Meditations

Whether you choose prayer, meditation, or just silence, you should have some daily practice to consciously focus your mind toward the goals you plan to achieve each day.  For me, obviously, my weight loss is primary in creating the life I want to live.  While there are countless meditation techniques, these three albums have been the most powerful in my life.  You can purchase the CDs (yes, I’m old) or stream them on any service.  Here’s why they are my top choices.

Meditations For Manifesting

Of all of his books, tapes, CDs, DVDs, manuals, talks, teachings… this has to be the most powerful teaching Dr. Wayne Dyer ever spread to the world during his time on our planet.

The Universe is abundant and you can have anything you want. There are two streams of energy that are instrumental: creative energy and gratitude. You can connect to those streams of energy through the use of sound during your meditations. The sound “AH” is creative… literally the sound of The Creator: Krishna, Buddha, Allah, Rah, Jehovah, God… they all have the sound AH. It’s the first sound you make when you enter the world and the last sound you make when you leave. It is literally the sound that was made while “creating” you. Dr. Dyer teaches you how to use AH, “the sound of The Creator,” repeatedly while focusing on your goals during your morning meditation. The sound “OM” puts you in the stream of gratitude. Think “Shalom.” Dr. Dyer teaches you how to repeat this sound while focusing on the energy of gratitude for all you have been given and all you have accomplished each day. Practice these sound meditations for 15 minutes in the morning and evening and be amazed at the life you create.  Here are the two videos I posted all the way back in 2010 for “Meditations For Manifesting” that give a few tips and tricks I use during this practice.

Visualization Quiet Time (AH Meditation)

Back in the day, your YouTube videos had to be less than 10 minutes in length.  I had to edit about 5 min off this video. I wanted to talk about printing out and carrying a tiny card with a list of goals and images with you at all times (that’s a Marc Allen teaching). But we’ll have to save the tip of “Carrying Your List of Goals” for the next “Mind Week.”

Massage Chair Cushions:
Get them anywhere from just down your block off craigslist.org to walmart.com… anywhere. Make sure to read the reviews and get the ones that everyone is complaining ONLY vibrate. You DON’T want an actual massage. Make sure the SEAT vibrates — look for a THIGH setting. Your energy is going to radiate up from your Creative “Root” (Dr. Dyer will explain on the CD).

Give this AH Meditation technique a try for a month and it’s a wrap! The energy you walk around with all day is going to be amazing! Download those albums. Type a list of goals. Collect cool pictures that correspond to your goals. Create your Powerpoint slide show. Get a vibrating chair cushion… and it’s all over. The next video has even more meditation/vibration tips.

Gratitude Quiet Time (OM Meditation)

I can sum this description up in one sentence: Gratitude Is Magnetic! That’s all that needs to be said. Whatever tradition you practice, whatever way you choose to express it, whatever method you choose to convey it… GRATITUDE, GRATITUDE, GRATITUDE!

I AM Wishes Fulfilled Meditation

Obviously, it is best if you download and listen to the explanation directly from Dr. Dyer himself, but let me provide a brief synopsis of this meditation.  The name of “God” in the Old Testament of the Bible literally translates to “I am.” Both God and Jesus used the phrase, “I am that I am.” It’s an expression of the eternal nature of God.  This meditation uses tuning forks.  The sounds of the forks that you’ll be meditating to are the letters that comprise the divine Old Testament Hebrew name “I am.”  It connects you with your eternal nature and creative spirit as part of the eternal divine.  Dr. Dyer called this the most powerful meditation in existence and a way to live a “Wishes Fulfilled” Life.  I have not made a video about this, but I will do so in my upcoming Meditation Series.

Deep Meditation For Healing

Anita Moorjani is a truly special soul.  For those who don’t know her story, she had cancer, which had spread throughout her body.  Her organs were failing and she was in her last few hours of life.  She fell into a coma and had a Near Death Experience, where she was shown and given a new understanding about her cancer, her body, and how to heal herself.  She came back and within a few days, doctors could find no traces of her cancer.  Her body rapidly healed itself.  (All of this is supported by doctors and hospital records–for the skeptics out there.)  Anita Moorjani’s story is absolutely remarkable, as is her page-turning book, “Dying To Be Me.”  She was never trying to be famous; Dr. Wayne Dyer heard of her and sought her out to write a book to tell her story to the world.  If you are going through any type of health crisis, mentally or physically, her teachings can help and this meditation can guide you through it.  It uses special sound frequencies to help you release your fear of the illness, give you energy to heal your body, and help restore you to wellness.
